    In the 1990s, the long-term anti-corrosion technology of arc spraying was applied in China. Metal spraying technology, especially arc spraying, was widely used, and its application prospect was more extensive. The anti-corrosion principle of arc spraying is to use arc spraying equipment to heat, melt, atomize and spray two live wires (such as zinc and aluminum) to form anti-corrosion coating, and organic sealing coating is used to form durable anti-corrosion composite coating.     The corrosion resistance life is long, and the corrosion resistance life can reach more than 50 years. At the same time, the anti-corrosion coating does not need any other anti-corrosion maintenance during the service period of 30 years.     Arc spraying coating and metal substrate have excellent coating adhesion (up to 10MP or higher). Mechanical installation of metal spray coating, micro metallurgy combined with base metal to ensure anti-corrosion coating under slight bending, impact or impact. It doesn't fall off, it doesn't peel off, it's firmly bonded together, and it has a lasting effect. For any other surface anti-corrosion coating, this is not possible.
     
     
     
     
     
    The anticorrosion principle of arc spraying zinc aluminum coating is cathodic protection. In the corrosive environment, even if the anticorrosive coating is partially damaged, it still has the function of sacrificing its own protection to the steel substrate. The area ratio of coating (anode) to steel substrate (cathode) is more than 1, while the anode cathode ratio of zinc rich coating is less than 1, so the protective effect and bonding force are much lower than arc spraying anticorrosive coating.
